The hotel room was cute, but a bit too small for two people and didn't quite match the pictures. The service was super friendly and helpful. The location was very good, central and close to major attractions, but there were some misunderstandings. The dining experience was not included and could have been better with more choices. Despite these points, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel gave us a heads-up about the room size, which turned out to be much smaller than expected compared to the online photos. The unique spaces in the old house were charming, but the lift was tiny, fitting only two bags at a time. The decor was ordinary and not well maintained, the shower facilities were poor, and the bathroom was cramped.
